PAUL&SHARK SANREMO GRAND PRIX




Paul&Shark is honoured to sponsor the Sanremo Dragon Gran Prix, the last stage of the 5 Grand Prix that take place around the world. The boats compete in the waters around the Sanremo Yacht Club from 13th September to 16th September 2018.

As the final stage, the San Remo event will take on a greater importance than ever before, as it will determine the leader on the World Ranking List. Almost 50 boats from many countries, including Australia and Japan, are expected at this prestigious event.

Names of the competitors include America Cup veteran Peter Gilmour, the Australian-born Andy Badsworth, Ukrainian Braslavez and even Diego Negri, a Sanremo Yacht Club athlete who only recently received the silver medal from the Valore Sportivo group.

NEW OPENING: PARIS - FRANCE

A new opening in the city of lights! After the opening in Nice, Paul&Shark lands once again in Paris at the Galeries Lafayette. No words can describe the beauty of the most famous mall in the world, opened in 1912, and the point of reference for international fashion. A historic location, designed by the cabinetmaker Louis Majorelle in pure Art Nouveau style which hosts the most important international brands. NEW OPENING: ABANO TERME - ITALY

During summer, the historic Paul&Shark boutique in Abano Terme reopened its doors with a completely new image. An important space for this flagship store that has been part of the over 200 Paul&Shark monobrand stores in the world for over 20 years. Renovated with the new concept, the boutique has now an improved image and hospitality making the shopping experience even more enjoyable.

NEW OPENING: SHANGHAI - CHINA

Shanghai Pudong Airport is the latest location to welcome a new Paul & Shark travel retail store. The stunning new store, featuring Paul & Shark’s signature sleek store design and captivating visuals, officially opened on the 28th of June in Terminal 2 in partnership with King Power Orient. This is the second Paul & Shark store opened at Shanghai Pudong – the first opened in Terminal 1 back in 2016.

NEW OPENING: BAKU - AZERBAIJAN

Baku, capital of Azerbaijan, one of the oldest and largest cities in the Middle East is one of Paul & Shark's latest achievements. London, 27th April 2017 - First UK Paul&Shark Flagship Store Launches. The debut Paul&Shark flagship UK store opens on Regent Street, St James’s, London. Spanning 2000 sq ft, the London flagship combines classic Italian elegance with modern elements, boasting an open space with minimal soft furnishings to allow customers to feel at ease.A feature wall of digital screens provides an impactful ever-changing backdrop, showcasing brand content and concealing two luxurious fitting rooms.

Marina Bay Sands, 8th May 2017 – Paul&Shark opens its new store concept in Singapore, in the center of the most important shopping mall of the city, Marina Bay Sands. The new store concept is designed to better express the brand value of Paul&Shark in a CONTEMPORARY way, taking advantage from the TRADITION and its INNOVATION. These features are found in 200 sqm of selling space. From sportswear to city wear, Paul&Shark maintains the values of performance, as craftsmanship meets high tech performance textiles.

TO CELEBRATE THE PRESENTATION OF THE -40 COLLECTION AND THE START OF THE EXPEDITION TO THE LARGEST GLACIER IN EUROPE BY THE EXPLORER, ALEX BELLINI

16 January 2017 – Paul&Shark presents the new Autumn Winter 2017/18 collection and the special FREEZE THE SHARK project in its showroom in Milan.

An extreme adventure that marks the profound changes that are taking place today: Paul&Shark presents the new collaboration with Alex Bellini, the Italian explorer who will set off to face a new solo challenge by climbing the biggest and most impenetrable glaciers in the world.

Alex s journey will be followed and recorded day by day by Paul&Shark on its social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube) and on its dedicated website freezethemoment.it. The -40 capsule Collection (three technical jackets, a fleece and a pair of trousers designed to withstand arctic temperatures and the extreme conditions of the glacier) will dress Bellini during the expedition. The departure is set for 20 January from Jokulheimar in Iceland, and will continue on foot to Snaefelia, the last outpost west of the Vatnajökull glacier.

To recreate the atmosphere of Iceland s glacier, the guests had a chance to admire the collection nestled in display cases and totems that looked like glaciers, as well as being immersed in a charming atmosphere created by a soft haze of smoke and blue lights. The evening was enlivened by the internationally famous DJ, Mia Moretti.

BLUE TYPHOON

Art and fashion blend the magic of light with water in the Blue Typhoon installation, created by the designer Moritz Waldemeyer for Paul&Shark. The brand takes inspiration from the excellence of design by presenting the artwork of the eclectic artist during Design Week 2015, with an exclusive event heldin the elegant spaces of the Milan showroom in via Ciovassino 3, which was inaugurated last January in the very heart of the Brera district.

SHOWROOM MILANESE

Took place on 16 January, the most important event for the inauguration of Paul&Shark s first Milanese showroom. On the occasion of the start of the Milan Menswear Fashion Week, the sportswear luxury brand Made in Italy, officially opened its new space in Via Ciovassino 3, in the heart of the Brera district. The guests admired both the new showroom covering an area of 1,000 square metres and the Paul&Shark Autumn/Winter 15-16 collections and accessories presented thanks to the theatrical set-up inspired by the world of water.
